As an IT Coordinator, this role sits within IT PMO where you will play a key role in supporting IT operations, focusing on software spend management, contract administration, and workforce coordination. Your responsibilities will include managing purchase orders and Statements of Work, coordinating contract life cycle activities, and ensuring accurate goods receipting to support financial forecasting. You will also coordinate software and maintenance renewals, maintain contract records, and support governance processes. In addition, you will facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors, including system access, hardware provisioning, and asset recovery. You’ll work closely with IT leaders, Finance, Procurement, and delivery teams to support timesheet processes, contractor management, and overall operational effectiveness.
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in IT coordination, administration, or operational support
- Proven experience in contract administration and commercial processes
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Business Administration or similar)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SharePoint and reporting tools (Power BI advantageous)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a solutions-driven approach
