As an IT Engineer, you will be an integral part of our client’s team, visiting their client sites across Wellington to wipe, refresh, and roll-out new devices using Intune.
This project-based role requires you to provide exceptional support and ensure seamless device transitions for our clients.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve wiping devices, refreshing devices via Intune, troubleshooting, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
L1 Support Experience: Proven experience in a Level 1 support role.
Intune: Exposure to or experience with Microsoft Intune is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Client Interaction: Experience working with clients is a bonus.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to handle technical tasks efficiently and effectively.
