You will play a key part in supporting the successful rollout of Windows 11 across end-user devices. This position involves a mix of technical support, device preparation, troubleshooting, and ensuring users experience minimal disruption throughout the upgrade. Responsibilities will include:
- Assist with upgrading end-user devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11
- Complete device checks, deployments, and basic technical troubleshooting
- Provide user support throughout and after the upgrade process
- Escalate technical issues to the senior engineer when required
- Ensure minimal disruption and a smooth transition for business users

- Hands-on experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades or similar OS rollout projects
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and end‑user support

- Able to work onsite in Hamilton for the duration of the project
