- Maintain and grow key accounts to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

- Experience within strong product & service-related industries
- Proven experience in a sales and relationship management environment
- Ability to understand & teach technical requirements of products
- Availability to travel to Wellington to cover LNI clients (Fly / Drive) once a month
- Strong communication and customer service levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
