6-Month contract opportunity for a Lead Test Engineer in the Public Sector, Based in Wellington

Role: Lead Test Engineer (Automation)
Start Date: 1st May 2024
End Date: 6-month contract
Market Rates
Location: Wellington (with WFH flexibility)

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Automation Framework Setup
  • Automation Test Script Development
  • Azure API Manager Integration
  • Collaboration and Leadership (lead a team of test engineers)
  • Requirement Analysis
  • Test Execution
  • Continuous Improvement
Requirements
  • Demonstrated history as a Lead Test Engineer, with a focus on automation testing and integration with Azure Infrastructure.
  • Expert in setting up automation frameworks within Azure Infrastructure
  • Strong proficiency in GUI and API test automation tools and frameworks e.g. Playwright, Pytest, REST Assured or similar
