We're looking for an experienced carpenter who can lead from the front, maintain high-quality workmanship, and inspire the next generation of tradespeople. You'll work closely with apprentices and carpenters, providing guidance, motivation, and support while helping drive the project forward.

What you'll bring:
  • Qualified carpenter with solid NZ construction experience
  • Previous leadership or leading hand experience
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
  • Ability to motivate teams and build a positive site culture
  • Commitment to quality, productivity, and health & safety
