We’re after an experienced Leading Hand or Foreman to support site operations across a mix of residential and commercial projects in Hamilton. Great step up for a senior chippy wanting more responsibility.

About the Role
  • Lead small crews + keep daily site operations running smoothly
  • Hands‑on carpentry + overseeing quality and safety
  • Coordinate subs, materials, and workflow
  • Work closely with the Site/Project Manager

You’ll Need
  • Experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman, or Senior Carpenter
  • Strong communication + ability to run teams
  • Solid understanding of NZ construction + H&S
  • Tools + reliable transport
  • LBP a bonus
