Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

In this role, you'll be the welcoming and reliable first point of contact for clients, providing thoughtful communication and professional administrative support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing enquiries, coordinating diaries, maintaining accurate records, preparing and following up on invoices, and supporting ongoing client matters. You'll work closely with the practitioner to ensure the practice runs smoothly, with the flexibility to work from home and tailor hours to suit your needs.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in legal, professional services, or administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence when dealing with sensitive enquiries
  • Solid attention to detail and confidence handling confidential information
  • Experience with Xero or ability to pick it up quickly
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work independently and support a busy practitioner
