We’re looking for experienced Machine Operators with class 4 WTR for permanent jobs in our team. You’ll operate heavy earthmoving equipment to excavate, move, and level materials for construction and maintenance projects. The role also includes transporting supplies and performing routine maintenance on machinery.

What You’ll Do
  • Safely operate bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, loaders, and trucks
  • Perform daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance
  • Follow site plans and grading requirements
  • Transport materials and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Complete required paperwork and report issues promptly

What We’re Looking For
  • Full NZ Class 4 driver’s licence & WTR required at a minimum
  • NO VISA SPONSORSHIPS
  • Industry experience operating heavy civil machinery is a must
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills
  • Forklift and Class 5 desirable ( not essential but beneficial )
  • Any NZQA Level 4 trade qualifications ( not essential but beneficial )
