Your new company

Based in Central Hastings, this large industrial / mechanical company is looking for mechanical fitters to join their site & repair team. Work consisting of repair and replacing/removing motors, pumps and pipes on site. Some testing and certifying / operating machinery.

What you'll need to succeed

• Eligibility to work in NZ and ideally looking for flexible and long hours
• A Minimum of one to two years experience either welding, fitter/turner, toolmaking or maintenance
• MUST be able to work from heights as you will be working on cranes (will offer tickets)
• Industrial and mechanically minded and willing to do on-call work
• MUST bring and supply your own tools on-site
• Reliability & a good attitude
• Rigging experience and Forklift licence are preferred but not necessary
