Your new role

• Overhaul, repair and test all products in accordance with the relevant drawings, task instructions, HSE requirements, quality requirements, and test specifications/procedures;
• Record all outcomes and sign/date all appropriate tasks and test specific documentation, during and at the completion of testing of finished assemblies/products;
• Identify all products tested to indicate tested status, i.e. Batch No. and Serial Number stamped on body or product, after passing all tests;
• Promptly advise the Team Leader of any inaccuracies in Test Specifications and Drawings, or problems being experienced in achieving the desired outcomes and results;
• Promptly advise the Team Leader about the non-conformance of any components, tooling or equipment considered to be unsuitable for assembly and/or service;
• Recommend to the Team Leader via a design change request form, product design changes if these are thought to improve the quality or performance of the product;
• Ensure that all customer goods, inventory stock, tooling and equipment are identified appropriately, and any expiration and/or service dates are compliant, initiating escalation where necessary;
• Clean and maintain tooling, plant and equipment as required to ensure proper and safe functioning; and
• Undertake any reasonable duties as may be required to support operational and business requirements.

What you'll need to bring to the table

• Trade Certificate in Engineering – mechanical and electrical based trade; or equivalent skills and experience;
• Valid motor vehicle driving licence.

• Forklift Licence and Licence endorsement;
• First Aid, CPR and AED Certificate;
• Fire Extinguisher Training;
• Overhead Gantry Crane Certificate; and
• Rigger Certificate.
