Hays Recruitment are specialists in the Civil Construction industry in Hawkes Bay Regions, specifically Napier and Hastings. Working with some of the regions most reputable companies and contractors, we supply to projects including reading, landscaping, waterways & flood recovery, earthworks and subdivisions. Our clients are regularly commencing new works and needing enthusiastic labour hire workers to assist their teams.

Current Roles include: Class 2, 4, WTR - Grader Operator and Excavator Operator.

Your new role

Duties could include but not be limited to:

• Excavations for electrical pit and pipe installation
• Driving Trucks (Class 2 and 4)
• Working around live services
• Trenching
• Pipe laying
• Concreting
• Other duties as directed by the supervisor

What you'll need to succeed

• Working Rights to work and live in New Zealand
• Located in or around the Hawkes Bay Region
• Excavator licence with a minimum 2 years experience
• Full Class 1, 2 and/or 4
• WTR (Experience with Graders and Excavators)
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Excellent relationship skills and a great team player
• Flexible and easy-going attitude
