Your new role
Kaupapa | Purpose
The National Operations Manager will lead a team of Customer Operations Team Leaders, Specialists and Co-ordinators, to provide exceptional operational support, administration services and outstanding customer service to learners, their employers, and the wider sector. They will ensure end to end operational processes run smoothly, are actively monitored and are continuously improved based on customer feedback.
What you'll need to succeed
Pūkenga | Have
- 5+ years leadership and business/relationship management experience
- Ability to lead change with diverse multicultural teams
- Exceptional customer focus and business stakeholder awareness
- A passion for learning and development together with a continuous improvement mindset and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong planning, organisational and reporting skills.
