With continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated Office Coordinator to support their leadership team and wider business operations.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

In this varied position, you will play a key role supporting office operations. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, and providing administrative support across the business. This role is 30 hours a week with flexible start/finish times, based in West Auckland.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment coordination, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

  • Supporting HR initiatives across performance management, training, and development

  • Liaising with external stakeholders including immigration authorities where required

  • Coordinating payroll processes, including timesheet collation and validation

  • Producing reports on workforce metrics, productivity, and project time tracking

  • Supporting health & safety compliance and workplace initiatives

  • Providing general administrative support to the General Manager and wider team

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and administration

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
