Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations & Franchise Support Manager to join their Auckland team.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting operational performance, franchisee engagement, quality assurance, and compliance across multiple sites throughout Auckland and Northland.
You will work closely with franchisees, staff, and clients to ensure service standards are consistently achieved while maintaining strong health & safety, training, and quality control practices.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting day-to-day operations and coordinating operational activities across multiple sites
Conducting site inspections, quality audits, and compliance reviews
Building strong relationships with franchisees, staff, and clients
Managing customer feedback and resolving operational issues and complaints
Delivering training, inductions, and coaching on policies, procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
Maintaining accurate operational records, asset registers, and reporting documentation
Supporting health & safety compliance, incident investigations, and hazard management
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a supervisory or operations role within commercial cleaning, facilities management, or a related service industry
Experience managing multiple sites and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong knowledge of quality assurance, operational compliance, and health & safety requirements
Hands-on experience with specialist cleaning services including carpet cleaning, strip and seal, floor scrubbing, or similar is essential
The ability to train, coach, and influence teams and franchise partners
A current full New Zealand Driver Licence
