Role Overview:
- As our Paint Shop Supervisor, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team, all driven by a shared goal: delivering expertise of the highest standard.
- Reporting to a supportive boss who values their team, you’ll take ownership of paint shop projects.
- Your daily interactions will involve liaising with the team, estimators, and suppliers to efficiently manage paint shop resources and meet agreed-upon delivery times.
- Safety is paramount, and you’ll ensure that the team operates securely while consistently exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Trade qualifications and substantial experience in collision repair.
- Autonomy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A positive attitude, pride in your work, and a great sense of humour.
