We are currently looking for a qualified painter for a company that specialises in residential work.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for running projects when things get busy and ensuring that we deliver the highest quality of work. You will also:
- Communicate our daily goals and coordinate our team members.
- Mentor and train our team members and help them grow their skills.
- Share your expertise on paints and materials and select the best ones for each project.
- Paint and prep with precision and perfection.
- Solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Organise our projects and time frames efficiently.
- Collaborate with external trades and stakeholders.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of everyone on site.
- Address any client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Learn new things and improve your craft continuously.
What You’ll Need To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 7 years of experience as a residential painter.
- Leadership skills that inspire and motivate our team.
- Communication skills that are clear and concise, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-solving skills that are creative and practical.
- Organisation skills that are reliable and systematic.
- Teamwork skills that are cooperative and respectful.
- Attention to detail that is meticulous and thorough.
- A customer-first approach that is courteous and responsive.
- A thirst for knowledge that is curious and enthusiastic.
