Hays is partnering with a well established painting business recognised for delivering high quality workmanship and excellent customer service. They are looking for a skilled, dependable painter to join their team.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated painter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
The role includes preparing surfaces and applying paint across a variety of residential and commercial projects, maintaining a high level of standard and attention to detail.
What You’ll Need
  • At least 3 years of professional painting experience
  • Reliable transport
  • Painting gear can be supplied for consumables
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Good communication skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming)
  • Mixing and matching paints for the right colours and finishes
  • Applying paint, varnish, and other coatings
  • Delivering work that meets quality and safety standards
  • Keeping your workspace clean and organised
  • Communicating well with clients and team members
