We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for a workforce of 500+ employees, using PayGlobal. This is a permanent, full-time role offering stability and the opportunity to work within a supportive payroll team.

• End-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees
• Managing payroll using PayGlobal
• Ensuring accurate and timely payroll runs in line with legislation and company policies
• Handling payroll queries and providing advice to employees and managers
• Managing deductions, allowances, leave processing, and reconciliations
• Supporting monthly reporting and payroll audits
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and system data

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Proven payroll experience processing medium to large payrolls (500+ employees)
• Hands-on experience using PayGlobal (essential)
• Strong understanding of NZ payroll legislation, tax, and compliance
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines
