Your new role
Develop and maintain system technical expertise with a view to gain a good understanding of the HRMIS database structure
Determine and analyse all report requests and define the data extraction procedure to provide management information from the HRMIS system
Develop and maintain good working relationships with HR and Finance
Assist with maintaining data integrity within the system
Comply with all change control procedures
Minimum of seven years experience in end-to-end payroll processing
Background in working with a large government organisation
Proficient in using Leader and PayGlobal
Ability to work with the project team on rectifications and remediation
Ability to carry out the work necessary to make payroll systems and end-to-end associated policies and procedures compliant with Holidays Act
