Personal Assistant

Your new role

The Personal Assistant role's primary responsibility is to provide a dedicated support to a high performing real estate agent by delivering quality PA work and maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality. The role directly assists the real estate agent by primarily delivering high level administrative management in a PA capacity and building effective relationships with clients by providing first class interpersonal skill to support both vendors and purchasers and achieving positive outcomes for the business. In addition, this role may include when required, Personal Assistant duties for the Sales Manager

What you'll need to succeed

  • Arrange appointments with vendors and purchasers and maintaining other appointments in dairy, travel arrangements when required
  • Prepare prelisting kits and submissions for vendors
  • Assisting with managing tasks and action points for the week.
  • Assisting with special projects or undertake other duties as directed
  • Handle all general enquiries pertaining to property information and assist where possible
  • Processing all mail, incoming and outgoing, filing correspondence and maintaining records
  • Coordinate photography and other marketing material with outside suppliers
  • Ensure all campaigns are inputted in line with the office checklist and best practice systems
  • Management of digital/social media
  • Management of client event planning
  • Arrange property visits/building inspections, valuations, may be required to attend meetings in the capacity as a secretary as required.
