PA role to the CEO and wider team

A healthcare provider is needing a PA to support the CEO and wider team. Your new role

  • General PA support to the CEO and wider team, including diary management, reporting, meeting agendas and record-keeping
  • Operate and maintain routine and confidential filing systems
  • Dairy management
  • Travel bookings
  • Taking minutes for meetings and distributing to the appropriate people
  • Setting up and maintaining administrative systems and procedures; reviewing and developing improved or new ones as required


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks and functions within an office environment
  • Strong word processing, presentation and spreadsheet skills as well as proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office products
  • Effective workload management and timely delivery of commitments
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • High degree of confidentiality
  • Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously
