This agency is seeking an energetic, personable and experienced Personal Assistant to join on a fixed term basis.
Your new role
As a Personal Assistant, you will be reporting directly to the Director and also be an integral part of the Executive team providing ongoing support. Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Inbox and diary management
- Travel booking
- Ensuring all relevant documents and paperwork are prepared for meetings
- Support is provided to the Director on internal administrative matters including travel, catering, expenses, recruitment, and other internal processes
- Effective working relationships exist with internal and external contacts that will smooth the path for the Director
- Manage all invoice and ensure they are coded correctly
- Attend leadership meetings and take action points
- Exposure to project based work
What you'll need to succeed
- Personal Assistant experience working within a public sector agency
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote
- Be enthusiastic and bring a good energy each day
