Your new role

You will be working in the Finance team providing support to a CFO alongside a Team Administrator. In this role you will be maintaining effective relationships and communication channels, administration support to the CFO, helping with advice, running meetings efficiently and liaisoning with stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

Non-negotiable skills/requirements:

- Legal rights to work in NZ (currently already in the country).
- MoJ check required
- Resilience
- Excellent communication (inclusive of stakeholder engagement)

Desirable skills:

- Diary management
- Coordination inclusive of scheduling and arranging bookings/meetings
- Minute taking
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
