We’re seeking a skilled Power Platform and Report Specialist to support a key client initiative focused on Master Data Standardisation. This role is part of the Spares & Inventory Management Improvement Project (SIMIP) and involves developing automation tools, exception reporting, and data cleansing processes using Power Automate, SQL, and related technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Data Standards SME to support the rollout of Master Data Standardisation.
• Develop an automated tool using Power Automate to manage data standard requirements and automate information flow.
• Design and implement a reporting platform to identify data standard errors and exceptions.
• Assist with process mapping for all workflows related to data standards.
• Work with the Inventory & Purchasing Manager and Inventory Specialists to cleanse and prepare data for technology stream implementation.
• Use SQL and reporting tools to analyse EOQ and vendor data.
• Support additional data cleansing and analysis tasks as needed.

• Strong experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.

• Experience in data cleansing, exception reporting, and process mapping.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment.

Would be nice to have:

• Familiarity with Maximo or similar asset management systems.
• Experience in inventory or purchasing data environments.
