The Practice Lead End User Environments role involves leading and managing end user environments that enable engagement for internal customers and staff through various technologies, whether on-premise, remote, or hybrid. This includes overseeing device planning, deployment, and management, supporting interactive and collaborative teaching and learning spaces, and ensuring service availability and enhancements. The role requires balancing day-to-day management with project delivery, fostering a positive team environment, and driving business change through strategic alignment. Responsibilities also include managing user applications, embedding systems for device and environment management, providing expert advice, and collaborating to meet organisational strategies and targets.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in IT, particularly in end-user environments and preferably in interactive and learning technologies or an interactive retail environment. Your previous extensive leadership experience and deep expertise in providing end-user devices and their service environments will put you in a great position to succeed in this position. Your proven ability to manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty, and knowledge of strategic technologies, will also play a key role in the success of your new role. You will also require the flexibility to work 1 day a week in Palmerston North.
