Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

Due to an internal movement, a permanent opportunity has become available for a Technical Project Coordinator to hit the ground running on managing the project management systems within the organisation. You will support a high performing engineering team of 15 within a busy Auckland CBD office and remote team members in Dunedin and Christchurch. You will support handover activities and take ownership of programme coordination work across technical and engineering related projects. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the glue between multifaceted digital infrastructure and operations teams, from coordinating schedules, documentation, budgets, and technical workflows, and creative recommendation on any further digital infrastructure assets.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, or similar
  • Background in project engineering, or related technical environments
  • Experience coordinating and managing technical documentation, budgeting, dashboards
  • Solid understanding of project budgeting and cost tracking
