Project Coordinator (Part-Time)
Christchurch | 25–30 hours per week | Office-based
We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a friendly, Christchurch-based team on a permanent part-time basis. This is a great opportunity to work across a variety of residential projects in a supportive and relaxed office environment.
About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating projects from consent through to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently across multiple builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, lodge and manage building and resource consent applications across the South Island
- Coordinate and respond to Council Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Track project schedules, timelines and key milestones
- Manage compliance documentation, including contractor submissions and CCC applications
- Coordinate health and safety documentation across multiple projects
- Draft invoices and assist with project-related financial administration
- Place and manage orders for materials with suppliers
- Liaise with clients regarding selections including plumbing, kitchens and appliances
- Provide general administrative support across multiple projects
- Prepare and administer Master Builders contracts and associated documentation
- Source and coordinate supplier quotes

- Previous experience in construction or a related industry is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proactive, efficient and able to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
