Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
As Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery from planning through to close-out. Your responsibilities will include assisting with project schedules, coordinating contracts and administration, ensuring compliance with project plans and policies, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders. You'll also manage project documentation, monitor progress, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Previous experience in programme or project coordination within a large or complex environment
Proficiency with Project Server, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Office suits (including MS Project)
Recognised project management qualifications and/or equivalent experience
Excellent communication, organisation and administration skills
Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and provide attention to detail
Experience with contract or project administration management systems
Strong team player with a flexible and proactive approach
