Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
As a Project Engineer, you will manage and deliver civil projects including subdivisions, earthworks, roading, and drainage. You’ll be responsible for programming, budgeting, quality control, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
- A formal qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Diploma or higher)
- 3+ years of experience in civil contracting, ideally in subdivisions or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of project budgets, programming, and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with H&S, environmental reporting, and quality control
- Proficiency in document control, subcontractor management, and council liaison
- A positive and hardworking attitude
- Bonus: Financial reporting, GPS survey, AutoCAD, and previous hands-on civil experience
