Your new role

This fantastic opportunity will have you manage various complex residential projects in Wellington. You will have experience working on small to medium projects simultaneously and have a sound understanding of New Zealand construction methods. A proven track record of delivering projects on or ahead of time and within the approved budget. Strong leadership skills for managing the project team and subcontractors.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 3+ years experience in NZ construction, and successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Have the drive and competency to take a project from inception to completion
• Be a team player, with the ability to resolve challenges on-site and at the design table.
• Strong understanding of the building code and Health & Safety standards
• Proficient in using Microsoft Project
