Public sector agency seeking a receptionist to start immediately

Your new company

You will be working for a public sector agency that prides itself on making a meaningful difference to the lives of New Zealanders on a daily basis. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic receptionist to join their team immediately, as their current receptionist has been promoted.

Your new role

  • Meet and greet visitors and point out health and safety guidelines
  • Managing meeting rooms and kitchen
  • Supply purchasing where required
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Ordering catering
  • Manage access cards and databases

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Receptionist experience preferred or a strong customer service background
  • Be a permanent resident or Citizen

What you'll get in return

  • Salary between $58,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
