Our client is a New Zealand owned and operated manufacturer with proven success in their industry. They are seeking an experienced Recruiter with some HR advisory experience to join their team on a temporary basis.
Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
Working closely with the management team, you'll be responsible for end to end recruitment as well as providing HR advisory support to Managers within this small team.

You'll have proven experience of managing the full recruitment process, ideally within a manufacturing environment and will enjoy working in an SME, blue collar environment. You'll enjoy a varied role where you're a key part of the team and a trusted Advisor to key stakeholders. You'll have an understanding of HR legislation and will be comfortable supporting and advising on general HR matters, as and when needed.
