Our client is a global leader in automated handling and storage solutions, with a strong focus on airport and logistics infrastructure. They are currently seeking a Mechanical Team Leader to join their sales team based in Avondale, Auckland.


Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

As the Mechanical Team Leader, you will lead and mentor a team of five mechanical engineers located both in New Zealand and internationally. You’ll collaborate closely with the tendering team and clients to develop concept mechanical designs and deliver innovative, practical solutions tailored to client requirements.

It is essential that you have:
  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams
  • Strong background in mechanical engineering within logistics, materials handling, or a related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and Navisworks
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to be client-facing
  • Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
