Reporting directly to an experienced and supportive General Manager, you will join a business that prides itself on values built around integrity and client care. This is a chance to become part of a collaborative, values‑driven environment where your leadership has genuine impact.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the residential building industry, where hands‑on experience with the build process will be a significant advantage. You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, a people‑first leadership style, and the ability to support both clients and your team throughout the complete build journey.

  • Manage day‑to‑day sales operations aligned with company goals
  • Lead and coach sales consultants to achieve sales, margin, and conversion targets
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and management of teams for South and Rodney
  • Contribute to the marketing strategy and execution across digital, brand, show homes, and lead generation for Auckland South & Rodney
  • Build strong client relationships from enquiry to handover, managing escalations as needed
  • Monitor sales data and performance metrics to improve outcomes
  • Provide general reporting to GM across sales performance, forecasts and marketing
  • Manage sales budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Provide market insights to support brand positioning and campaigns

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

  • A solid understanding of the building and construction industry, particularly within the group home building channel is preferred but not essential
  • Familiarity with the end-to-end residential construction process is a strong advantage
  • Proven sales & marketing experience with a track record of achieving targets
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to honesty and integrity in all interactions.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations teams

  • Base Salary + KS + Commission
  • Company vehicle (full use within reason)

  • Monday – Friday hours between 9am and 5pm – Weekend work may be required when necessary.
