A large private organization, with a sizeable IT team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on a high-profile project, based in Central Wellington. This is initially until December 2024 with our client looking for someone who is immediately available.
Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of Client’s Information Services and Technology division that is responsible for developing and supporting all ICT applications across the organisation, ranging from HR and payroll to grid operations and outage planning to name a few. The ICT projects undertaken by the IST Division range from software and application upgrades to developing bespoke software applications to defining operating models using ICT best practices.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have a formal Senior Business Analyst experience which needs to include experience in requirements gathering, documentation and analysis — different methods, but there is an increasing move toward story maps and user stories.
- Experience with implementing CRMs such as MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
- Proficiency in data mapping and modeling specifically for CRM systems.
- Ability to gather and define requirements for data migrations.
A high standard of written English along with confident verbal presentation skills
