Senior Business Analyst contract until the end of June. $120 per hour, Technical experience needed.

As a Business Analyst (ICT), you’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, supporting the delivery of ICT initiatives across applications, infrastructure, data, and integration layers. You’ll partner closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to understand complex requirements, translate them into clear and actionable artefacts, and support delivery through the full solution lifecycle.

This role requires a strong technical mindset, the ability to work across multiple ICT domains, and experience operating in structured or agile delivery environments.

To be successful, you will bring:
  • Proven experience as an ICT or Technical Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of ICT concepts including applications, systems, data, integrations, APIs, and infrastructure
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and non‑functional requirements, user stories, and process models
  • Experience working closely with solution architects, developers, testers, and vendors
  • Confidence operating in agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
  • A structured, analytical approach with a focus on quality, traceability, and delivery outcomes
