You’ll be joining a large and complex government environment undergoing significant uplift across its IT Service Management and Change functions. The organisation is modernising its systems, expanding its ServiceNow capability, and strengthening BAU change governance across multiple environments. You’ll be working within a supportive Service Management team that values structure, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
As the Senior IT Change Analyst, you will play a key role in leading ITIL‑aligned change activity, supporting BAU operations, and helping uplift change processes across the organisation. You’ll facilitate CAB, complete PCRs, assess change impacts, and work closely with project teams, SMEs, and leadership to ensure changes are well-governed, communicated, and understood. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and thrive in a busy, high‑volume environment.

5+ years’ experience in ITIL Change Management within large, complex IT environments
Strong background running CAB meetings and completing Post Change Reviews (PCRs)
Experience working across multi‑environment change pipelines
Strong analytical capability and excellent attention to detail
Ability to develop clear change documentation, communications, and guidance
Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels
Experience with structured change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR)
Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban)
Ability to manage competing priorities and work both autonomously and collaboratively
A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to bring clarity to complexity
