We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Change Manager to support a key transformation programme delivering Workday and Datapay across their organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in a large-scale ERP implementation, driving change strategy and ensuring successful adoption across the business.

• Develop and maintain the Change Strategy, ensuring alignment with programme scope, design principles, and governance requirements
• Create and implement change plans across multiple workstreams
• Conduct change readiness assessments and define transition approaches
• Engage and influence stakeholders to support adoption and business readiness
• Support communication, training, and overall engagement strategies

• Strong experience delivering change in large, complex programmes
• ERP implementation experience (ideally Workday)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment
