Our client is a growing, well-established consultancy delivering high-quality land development and infrastructure projects across Aotearoa. With strong forward workload and major projects underway in the Bay of Plenty, they are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with Land Development or Three Waters experience to join their Tauranga team.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

This is a senior, hands-on role supporting a wide range of projects, including council-led work and fast-track developments. You’ll work closely with clients, councils, and internal teams, while also mentoring and supporting developing engineers who are keen to upskill in the Three Waters space.

  • Strong New Zealand based design experience in Land Development or Three Waters projects
  • Ideally Chartered (CPEng) or working toward chartership
  • Enjoys mentoring and contributing to team development
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
