• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Python, Node.js, TypeScript, PowerShell, Java, and SQL, including relational databases
• Deep experience working across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Key Vault, and Power Platform
• Experience integrating with CRM platforms and enterprise systems, including API design, secure authentication, and data exchange patterns
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices, including Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling (e.g. GitHub or Azure DevOps)
• Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and uplifting team capability
• Strong understanding of security, privacy, and data governance in real-world environments
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development, with sound judgement on practical application
