We are partnering with a leading, large-scale infrastructure organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner supporting their units' major portfolio. This is a critical, highly visible role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving commercial performance, supporting decision-making, and influencing strategic outcomes across complex operational environments.

As a senior member of the finance team, you will partner closely with operational and executive stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial insights and commercial advice. You will play a key role in supporting project performance, financial planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted commercial advisor to leadership teams, providing insights to drive strategic initiatives and business performance
- Delivering monthly reporting, commentary, and variance analysis, ensuring clear understanding of financial performance drivers
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles, including scenario modelling and risk analysis
- Partnering with operational teams to improve project and contract performance, including productivity, cost control, and margin optimisation
- Supporting tenders, pricing, and contract negotiations, providing commercial insights to maximise value and growth opportunities
- Driving cashflow, WIP, and working capital management, ensuring strong financial discipline across the business
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing systems, processes, and overall financial performance

- Proven experience in a Senior Finance Business Partner role within a large, complex or asset-intensive environment
- Strong capability in commercial analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Experience partnering with operations, project teams, and senior leadership to influence outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions and drive performance improvements
- Exposure to project, contract or infrastructure-based environments (highly desirable)
- Driving cashflow, WIP, and working capital management, ensuring strong financial discipline across the business
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
