Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

You will be working as a Senior Finance Manager. As second in command to the CFO, your role will be multi-headed. A part of your role will be driving your team through functional leadership, with direct reports across a number of different business functions within the organisation. You will be expected to help those individuals and teams to develop their skills and specifically with the leaders of those, to give better guidance and support their teams. Your relationship with your CFO will be one which encompasses strong reporting skills, trusted advice on delivery of strategic goals, and being the bridge between the team and the SLT.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

You will need strong and demonstrable experience of your skills and knowledge across the areas required, with proven success in team leadership, professional management, strategic involvement and operational excellence. You will bring with you over a decade of relevant roles, with highly developed financial analysis and reporting skills. You will have strong taxation knowledge and understanding, and be up to date with GAAP. Ideally you will bring with you tertiary qualifications and industry specific certifications, but this is not as essential as the relevant levels of experience.
