We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong Java, React, and SQL experience to help design, build, and maintain scalable applications. In this role, you’ll work across the full development lifecycle—contributing to solution design, developing high‑quality code, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, user‑focused products. You’ll also participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and help continuously improve our technical stack and processes.

• Solid experience building backend services using Java (preferably with Spring Boot or similar frameworks).
• Strong front‑end development skills using React, including component design and state management.
• Hands‑on proficiency with SQL for building queries, optimising performance, and working with relational databases.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration between front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Experience with version control (Git) and standard development workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on clean, maintainable code.
