Define architecture standards and align data strategies with organisational goals
Provide governance and guidance on solution design, data modelling, integration, transformation, and security
Lead design discussions to guide development and integration of technology
Mentor and support other architects through coaching and knowledge sharing.

7+ years in Solution Architecture, with strong data architecture experience and at least 3 years in a senior role.
Deep knowledge of data platforms, cloud architectures, and modern data stacks
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark or similar)
Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
