• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering complex enterprise solutions from business requirements through to technology implementation.
• Strong architecture expertise across one or more of the following domains: applications, cloud and integration.
• Experience developing architectural artefacts, roadmaps, and solution designs using recognised architecture frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to navigate complex environments, balance competing priorities, and make sound technological decisions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships across the business.
• Previous experience providing technical leadership, mentoring architects, and contributing to architecture governance processes.
