As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll be a driving force behind the stability and performance of cloud-native platforms. Your work will span infrastructure design, automation, and incident response, with a strong focus on enabling development teams to ship code confidently and securely.
You’ll be responsible for:
Building and managing resilient infrastructure on Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
Developing proactive monitoring and alerting systems to ensure service health and performance.
Supporting high-volume data streaming environments powered by Kafka.
Integrating reliability practices into CI/CD workflows and development lifecycles.
Leading incident investigations and driving long-term improvements through post-incident reviews.
Orchestrating containerised applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), ensuring robust deployment pipelines and secure, scalable environments.

A solid background in SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure engineering (5+ years).
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and its ecosystem of services.
Advanced skills in Terraform and a strong grasp of IaC principles.
Proven expertise in managing and tuning Kafka clusters.
Comfort with scripting and automation using tools like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with AKS, including cluster setup, workload management, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Helm, RBAC, and Kubernetes networking is a bonus.
