Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
As the Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the delivery of modern integration solutions across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing integration patterns that support the migration of legacy applications and data into the M365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and related Azure services.
Assessing legacy architectures and defining modernisation pathways that enable secure, scalable, and efficient integration with cloud platforms.
Providing detailed architectural guidance to delivery teams, ensuring technical decisions align with best practice and organisational strategy.
Supporting upgrades to software, audio‑visual, and video conferencing technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability with M365 and enterprise systems.
Developing architectural artefacts, including solution designs, integration diagrams, interface specifications, and cloud patterns.
Designing solutions within tight budgets, offering pragmatic, achievable architectural decisions where extensions or additional funding are not guaranteed.
Acting as a hands‑on technical expert, providing troubleshooting, oversight, and validation during critical stages of delivery.

Strong background as a Solutions Architect with an emphasis on integration and application modernisation.
Deep knowledge of M365 integration architecture, including cloud identity, data flows, integration patterns, and modern collaboration platforms.
Proven experience modernising legacy systems and transitioning them to cloud‑aligned architectures.
Understanding of audio‑visual and video‑conferencing technologies, ideally with experience integrating these with modern collaboration tools.
Ability to design cost‑effective, scalable solutions within fixed budgets and time constraints.
Strong communication and leadership skills to guide developers, analysts, and technical specialists through architectural decisions.
