This is a well established New Zealand manufacturer based in Pukekohe, known for producing high quality products for customers nationwide.

In this mufti functional role, you'll work across warehousing, inwards goods, and parts operations. One moment you may be receipting and quality checking stock, and the next you'll be picking parts, supporting the team with orders, or helping resolve customer queries.
This position is perfect for someone physically fit, detail focused, and looking to grow their career within operations and supply chain.

  • Receipting, quality checking, and storing incoming goods
  • Supporting the Parts Team with ordering, tracking, and maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Preparing parts for technician jobs using scheduled picking lists
  • Conducting cycle counts and investigating stock discrepancies
  • Managing internal and customer parts orders, confirmations, and invoicing
  • Coordinating urgent supplier collections, local pickups, and drop offs
  • Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organised
  • Assisting with continuous improvements in stock accuracy and process efficiency

  • Experience in warehousing, supply chain, or automotive fields (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and computer skills (SAP experience a bonus)
  • A customer focused approach and strong communication skills
  • Ability to mufti task in a fast paced environment
  • A collaborative, team oriented mindset
  • A valid forklift licence (essential)
  • A full, clean NZ driver’s licence
