Our client is a well-known FMCG company and they are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Advisor to join their team in South Auckland.

Your new role

Reporting to the National HR Manager, and working as part of the Aus/NZ recruitment team, you'll be responsible for all recruitment in New Zealand across mainly blue collar roles including warehousing, production and manufacturing, as well as professional roles within the organisation. Responsibilities will include:

  • End to end volume recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, candidate checking and offer management
  • Managing the induction process
  • Identifying effective sourcing strategies
  • Building and managing Stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
  • HR support to the HR Manager including administration support and driving HR initiatives such as wellbeing and ED&I events
  • Managing HR systems and records

What you'll need to succeed

You'll have proven experience of recruiting volume, blue collar roles previously as well as being comfortable with white collar, professional recruitment and sourcing strategies. You'll also have experience of providing HR support and an interest in supporting the HR Manager where required.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate adaptability whilst prioritising your workload. With fantastic communication and relationship building skills, you'll be able to connect with people at all levels of the business as well as having a focus on providing exceptional candidate care throughout. Experience of using Taleo is great but strong knowledge of using ATS's is required.

This role is a 6-month fixed term contract and requires someone able to commit to the length of contract, only candidates currently in NZ with current working rights can be considered for this role.
